Pick up at your hotel . transfer to All Lao Travel Service office by M / van. we start biking on the city road About 40 minutes, arriving at the electricity factory, which is inhabited by the Hmong hill tribe then we biking on an Exciting curving road, surrounded by steep mountain and terraced rice field on the way , we visit Na Deuy waterfall Where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the turquoise pools or walk around the forest trail in order to Observe the view and vegetable plantation. after ward we continue to cycling to Nam Dong where you can see the Beautiful mountains and nature surrounded. we enjoy your lunch here .

after a rest on the Nam Dong we start 2-3 hours moderate and adventure cycling up to the escarpment Through the pineapple plantation and visit Pa Nor village , where is inhabited by the Khamu minority , where pigs, Dogs, chickens and ducks are scuffling around freely among the wooden house and the children look curiously at These strange people . our guide prepares your dinner , and we speep in the village or your fist night on the floor in The local house .

After breakfast, the trek starts with a visit of the khamu village of the Ban long Lao. close by the Hmong village Ban LongLao . you can observe the life style of these two very culturally different minorities group. Despite these differences the villagers work together and share the same school. From this rural setting , we hike passing fields and vegetable gardens before reaching the forest mountains and some steep parts. We will explore a cave on the way which during the Second Indochina War, served as a bomb shelter for the villagers living in this valley. Three more hours of trekking brings you to the crystal clear water of the one of the springs that feeds Kuang Si Waterfall. A Lao style lunch is served in this lush setting.
The afternoon is spent bathing and relaxing by the turquoise pools below . Make sure you also visit the family of sun-bears at the Bear Rescue Center near the entrance gate to Kuang Si. There is a path just off to the right from the main road near the entrance.
Before you return to LuangPrabang , we take a walk to Na Oun, a ‘Hmong’ village, for a short visit amidst the teak plantations.
